Alpha waves (8 to 12 Hz) are present when your brain is in an idling default-state typically created when you’re daydreaming or consciously practicing mindfulness or meditation. Alpha waves can also be created by doing aerobic exercise.
These waves are the most common ones triggered in visualization meditation. To achieve this state, guided meditation videos and walk through can be very helpful along with controlled breathing exercises, which is why they are also triggered during aerobic stimulation. A lengthy faster speed walk can also trigger these brainwaves and induce visions and increase your ability to take in the details of the astral world. Once a day practicing stimulating these waves can make your projection and conversation sessions with your spirit friends a lot more involved, last longer, and help you receive a much clearer message through the communication attempt.
Remember that your visualizations are never *just* a daydream, this is the effect of an active third eye and day dreams are really you receiving messages in images and emotions from the spirit world. These visions may require interpretation of the symbols at times, but never write them off as *just* a day dream or *just* your imagination.
